AI Comic Drama Skills (ai-manju-skills, full-process templates for comic dramas across 21 genres)

One SKILL.md template for each of the 21 genres (Xuanhuan cultivation, palace intrigue, mystery/crime, folk horror, etc.): The user provides only a single story idea, and the model produces a project proposal, a full-season asset library (image prompts for characters/props/scenes/effects), episode scripts, an episode director's handbook (asset images for the episode, storyboard image prompts, time-segmented video prompts), and a publishing package (cover image prompts and publishing copy) across five stages. No dependencies need to be installed; it can be placed in the skills directory of Claude Code or WorkBuddy, or pasted entirely into chat tools like DeepSeek for use.

Reasons

  • The workflow is highly detailed: Taking the Xuanhuan cultivation template as an example, the default first season consists of 30 episodes, each approximately 4 minutes long in 9:16 vertical format; work begins immediately from a single sentence without preliminary questions, with default values listed in the project initiation card for easy modification at any time. Due to the lengthy content, output is generated in batches, with progress indicated for each batch; replying "continue" generates the next batch. For tools capable of writing files, each stage is completed continuously and stored in directories named "Project Proposal / Asset Library / Episode Scripts / Director's Handbook / Publishing Package".
  • The templates include genre-specific pacing rules and anti-inconsistency guidelines, such as using long shots for dialogue scenes and rapid short cuts for battle scenes; "golden finger" abilities must have defined form rules, victories against higher-level opponents must have visible costs, characters mentioned in dialogue must be included in the character list, and similar colors must be distinguished by warm and cool tones. Each template ends with an example demonstrating the format only.
  • 10-31 database creation, first inclusion in this column; MIT license, templates require all characters and settings to be original.

Usage

  • Chat tools: Open the full text of the SKILL.md for the desired genre, copy it, start a new conversation, paste it, wait for the response "Template ready," then send a single story idea; use one conversation per drama and one template per conversation to avoid mixing settings.
  • Claude Code: Copy the genre folder to ~/.claude/skills/ and then directly send the idea; common commands include "continue," "Episode 3 handbook," "Episode 3 publishing package," and "Modify: Change the female lead to a cold-faced senior sister" (which modifies only the relevant parts and checks for contradictions).
  • The {{Mixed N}} in video prompts is a reference image citation syntax; when switching video tools, this must be changed to the syntax supported by that tool.

Risks

  • The testing status is self-reported by the author: The current version has been verified to work on WorkBuddy; the Xuanhuan cultivation version has been used, and seven other genres have undergone installation verification or trial runs for stage 1, while the remaining genres have not been individually verified; the README does not include finished videos or complete output samples.
  • These are all prompt templates, so the quality of the output depends on the model used and subsequent image/video generation tools; genres like mystery/crime and folk horror have numerous platform review requirements, and the author advises users to verify compliance themselves before publishing and to label content as AI-generated, with copyright and compliance responsibilities borne by the user.
