OpenSuperAgent: Community Edition Super-agent Implementation

A community open-source implementation inspired by the DeepSeek Harness team's article "Exploring Super-agent Design: Towards More Autonomous Agent Systems": After local deployment, configure model services and API keys via the web interface; a Router dispatches tasks to Workers for parallel execution while maintaining task context. It includes 10 built-in Workers and 13 skills covering development, testing, review, documentation, and data analysis, and supports importing custom roles and skills. This is not the same project as the dsh-superagent prototype officially released by DeepSeek.
