Original title: hyperframes
The entry-point skill for HeyGen's open-source HyperFrames (Apache 2.0): It defines the rendering conventions and workflow for agents writing videos—one sub-composition per scene, frame-by-frame positioning after pausing the timeline, no random numbers, timers, or network requests. After making changes, run checks and snapshot reviews first; render only after the user confirms the preview. Default resolution is 1920×1080 at 30 fps. Videos exceeding approximately 15 seconds that convey content will include music and sound effects.
Why it matters The same HTML produces consistent results every time it is rendered. Text edits and asset replacements are made directly in the source file, making it suitable for release videos, explainer videos, and chart animations.

Security Audit: Risk warnings present
- Installs or runs third-party packages (such as npx / pip), which constitutes command execution
- Reports usage data (telemetry)
- Audit scope: GitHub heygen-com/hyperframes/skills/hyperframes/SKILL.md (only the SKILL.md text was scanned)
Rationale
- skills.sh recorded 17687 installs in 24 hours, with a cumulative total of 1398972 (this only reflects attention level).
Usage
- Requires Node.js version 22 or higher; create new projects using
npx hyperframes init. Assets, voiceovers, etc., are handled by the media-use skill in the same repository.
Risks
- Upon startup, the skill runs
npx hyperframes eventsto report the skill name (linked to the account after login; can be disabled via CLI), consistent with the telemetry indicated in the scan warnings. - It executes the hyperframes command line via npx, which aligns with its intended purpose; HeyGen's generative models are only available under Studio's Pro plan.
